Job Description:
- Profile requires to support the ASCP office in all sales, operational and administrative matters.
- Coordinate events and seminars arranged by the association.
- Building and maintaining Memberships - and reference generation is one of the core additional responsibilities.
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the Management Committee Members.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation.
These are just some of the areas of work and will expand as per the associations new activities.
Preferred Skill sets:
- Preferably should have experience for at least 3-4 years
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent networking skills and pleasing personality.
- Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support administrative processes.
Other Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
- A results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.

- Depending on qualification & experience.
