Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate based in Noida. The Office Associate will handle administrative tasks, maintain office operations, and support the day-to-day functioning of various departments. Responsibilities include managing office documentation, providing customer service, assisting with accounting-related tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating smooth communication across internal teams. This role is essential to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the office environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain effective interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support daily operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Basic Accounting skills to manage routine financial tasks and support bookkeeping processes.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while ensuring independent task management.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative or office support role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
