Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing day-to-day office tasks and operations.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle client interactions and correspondence effectively.
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic troubleshooting for devices such as copiers, printers, and other essential tools.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in common office software, including word processing tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
