Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Office Assistant

Department : Administration and Procurement

Sub Department : -

Reporting : Assistant Manager Administration and Procurement



Core Responsibilities:


Bill Desk:


  • Assisting in bill desk operations
  • Scanning and uploading the invoices in the portal
  • Coordinating for timely approvals with the concerned approvers.
  • Handling over the hand copies of the approved invoices with the finance team for payment processing.


Courier Desk:

  • Coordinating with the vendors for the timely dispatch of the office courier
  • Tracking the shipment for timely delivery with the consignee.
  • Assisting allied staff (office boys) in maintaining courier records.


General Administration:

  • Assisting in the House Keeping operations
  • Ensuring daily checks for office upkeep
  • Checking on the House Keeping and Stationary Materials and placing timely order with the vendor
  • Assisting during indoor and outdoor office events.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Administrative Support


Qualification and Skill Sets:


  • Any Graduate.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good with MS Office.
