We are looking for adynamic HR Recruiter & Office Adminwho can manage recruitment processes while supporting day-to-day office operations.
What Youll Do:
- Manageend-to-end recruitment(LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Coordinatecandidate screening & interviews
- Maintainrecruitment trackers, offers & onboarding
- Supportoffice administration & internal coordination
- Assist leadership withreports and documentation
- Inventory Control & WIP Tracking
- Documentation & Filing Management
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree inHR / Business Administration or related field
- 13 yearsexperience in recruitment or office administration
- Strongcommunication & organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excelfor reporting and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability tomanage multiple priorities
