Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, providing administrative support across departments, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. This role is critical in supporting teams such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR and payroll-related administrative tasks (documentation, employee records, onboarding support)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense documentation when required
- Support basic finance/admin activities such as invoice tracking and data entry
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sheets, Docs)
- Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or finance processes is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

- Familiarity with office management tools and documentation systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
