Overview:


We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily operations, coordinate office activities, and support management for smooth business functioning


Responsibilities:


  • Make sure daily operations run smoothly
  • Deal with the paperwork
  • Sort and distribute communication in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Monitor shipping and receiving process (logistics)
  • Take orders and make sure they are prepared properly before sending out
  • Supervise personnels schedule and duties
  • Monitor payments to suppliers and receipts from customers
  • Research transaction issues
  • Schedule and monitor interviews and office meetings
  • Organize office and file managing
  • First level customer support and forward issues to relevant departments
  • Daily financial issues management and monitoring
  • Staff working times and holiday/sick leave monitoring
  • Suppliers registration and claims/queries handling
  • Customers front-end management and allocation of job profiles to CS team members


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3+ years proven experience in similar administrative position in Logistics Industry
  • Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and Financial understanding
  • Problem solver
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good cooperation and team skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outstanding telephone manner;
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Detail oriented and ability to work with tight time-frames and under pressure;
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to cultural differences in business culture
