Role Description
Primary Schooling in English Medium is Mandatory.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment and supplies, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating office operations. The Office Administrator will ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes while facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Office Equipment and maintenance
  • Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and external correspondence
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client and staff needs competently
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in standard software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize workload effectively
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a background in business administration is a plus
