Office Administrative Assistant

Were looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to ensure accurate and timely timesheet reporting across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data analysis, process enforcement, and driving operational compliance.

What Youll Do

• Review and monitor weekly timesheet submissions across multiple teams
• Follow up with employees and managers to resolve non-compliance
• Drive 98100% weekly timesheet compliance through proactive tracking
• Create and maintain reports highlighting trends, gaps, and repeat issues
• Analyze timesheet data to identify work patterns and support CapEx reporting and optimization
• Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting processes and adherence

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or reporting role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting )
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-starter with a track record of driving compliance and accountability
• Clear communicator with strong follow-up skills

Pay Range - 30,000- 50,000 INR Monthly
