Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant with remote working. The Office
Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including administrative
assistance, social media, Linkedin, newsletters, website maintenance, document controls,
communication, customer service, and general office administration.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative assistance and office administration, minimum 6 years
Excellent communication both oral and written, and customer service skills
Strong organizational capacity and strong work ethic,
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are must
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Ability to exercise appropriate discretion and good judgment in completing job
duties on time and in good quality and maintaining confidential information.
Working knowledge of relevant software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite,
Excel, Adobe)
Working knowledge of social media (e.g. Linkedin, Newsletter, Constant Contact)
Punctual, self-starter and self-motivated while requiring limited supervision
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
