Summary: As an Offering Development Practitioner, you will manage and develop content used for client offerings or solutions. Your role will involve developing, training, and enabling clients to use the offering. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the offering and supporting the client throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and manage content for client offerings or solutions. - Train and enable clients to effectively use the offering. - Ensure the success of the offering by supporting clients throughout the process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and contribute to key decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go-to-Market Strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Learning Content Development. - Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and their application in client offerings. - Experience in developing and managing content for client offerings or solutions. - Ability to train and enable clients to effectively use the offering. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategies. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
