Project Role Description : Develop and deliver offerings or solutions for clients. Ensure relevant capabilities, skills and credentials are incorporated by collaborating with stakeholders. Develop a strategy to maximize the return on investment.

Summary: As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for managing the Delivery team and ensuring the seamless implementation of Talent management programs, initiatives, and projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for project-related activities and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the delivery of projects for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements, objectives, and success criteria, and develop plans that align with client expectations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and meet client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, subject matter experts, and technical specialists, to execute project deliverables and achieve project goals. Provide regular project updates to clients, including status reports, progress updates, and milestone achievements, and address any concerns or issues as they arise. Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Talent management to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Professional & Technical Skills: Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. Experience of 10-15 years in consulting project management and delivery across industries, or related fields preferred. Preferred institutes for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB Must Have Skills: o Talent management o Workplace Technology Solutions o Delivery Excellence o Pricing Analytics and Modelling o Learning Metrics & Analytics Good To Have Skills: o Cornerstone Talent Management Suite o SABA Talent Management Solutions o Oracle HCM Cloud Talent management Additional Information: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
