Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Odoo ERP (technical + functional) and experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Lead Odoo implementation projects (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.)
• Develop custom modules and reports as per client requirements
• Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements
• Handle data migration, integration with third-party systems, and API development
• Provide user training and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Odoo (Community and/or Enterprise)
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and framework
• Hands-on experience in Python and PostgreSQL
• Experience in Odoo module development and customization
• Good understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, CRM, HR)
• Experience in API integrations and third-party system integrations
• Knowledge of Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multiple Odoo implementations
• Knowledge of Odoo.sh and deployment processes
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
