Job Role: Odoo Functional Expert/Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years (Developer turned Project Manager preferred)

Role Overview We are seeking a hybrid experta former Developer evolved into a Project Managerto lead Odoo implementation projects. The ideal candidate will own the engineering side of the project, handle complex requirement mapping for manufacturing clients, and it is mandatory to manage the full project lifecycle from our Agra office.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Leadership

Plan and execute full lifecycle Odoo implementations, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation using Agile methodologies.

Coordinate between developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and SLA compliance.

Advanced Solution Design

Leverage developer background to independently validate code quality, architectural decisions, and guide the engineering team.

Design in-depth workflows for complex manufacturing processes and implement robust Unit Costing architectures.

Functional Implementation

Conduct requirement gathering sessions to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes.

Configure core Odoo modules (Manufacturing/MRP, Inventory, Accounting) and manage UAT and Go-Live activities.

Process Documentation

Create comprehensive Business Process Flow diagrams, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user manuals.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.

Profile: 5+ years of experience, preferably as a Developer turned Project Manager who is comfortable reading code.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Odoo architecture (Versions 16/17), SQL, and data migration principles.

Functional Expertise: Mastery of Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) and Accounting, specifically regarding Cost Analysis and WIP.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes in industries like Footwear, Food Processing, Generators, or Home Furnishings .
