Odoo Functional Consultant

Grow Your Staff is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. The position is a full-time opportunity in Ahmedabad, India, or for those who are willing to relocate.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.

Experience: 3-6 years

CTC: INR 8-15 LPA

Location: On-site (Ahmedabad)

Time: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive customer data imports into the Odoo ERP system.
• Execute advanced data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Analyse and transform customer data using Excel and other data manipulation tools.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on imported data.
• Troubleshoot data import issues and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain documentation of import procedures and data mapping processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business rules.
• Monitor Odoo module version updates and identify changes affecting e-learning functionality.
• Update and maintain scripts for Odoo modules based on agreed plans.
• Create comprehensive video tutorials demonstrating script processes and procedures.
• Produce marketing-ready video content showcasing module updates and improvements.
• Support the marketing team with technical content for promotional materials.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Odoo ERP (functional consulting or implementation).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Experience in data import/export functionality and database management.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Video recording/editing skills for tutorial creation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Odoo certification or formal training (preferred).
• Experience in e-learning systems or instructional design (advantageous).
• Knowledge of SQL and version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of cross-industry business processes.
