As we expand our offerings and client base, were looking for passionate and skilled Odoo Developers to join our founding tech team and grow with us from the ground up.

Your Role

As an Odoo Developer, you will work closely with our functional and technical teams to design, develop, and optimize Odoo-based business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules across key business areas: Sales, Inventory, Website, Accounting, CRM, POS.
• Perform third-party integrations (e.g., logistics, payment gateways, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into robust Odoo solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize code, database queries, and server configurations.
• Support Odoo version migrations, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to backend development using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL; frontend work using JavaScript as needed.

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and OWL framework.
• Deep understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, workflows, and business logic.
• Experience working with Odoo eCommerce and POS modules.
• Proficiency in integrating REST/SOAP APIs.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Odoo.sh.
• Familiarity with multi-company and multi-warehouse configurations.
• Exposure to DevOps, performance tuning, or Django-based backend projects.
• Odoo certified
