Job Role: ODI Developer
Location: Jaipur

Reports To: Manager / Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, data warehousing, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have over 1 to 4 years of experience in utilizing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). This role involves query development, supporting production environments and delivering insightful data analytics to enhance decision-making within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and complex SQL queries to support data reporting needs.
· Work with data warehousing solutions to manage, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources.
· Utilize ODI for ETL processes, ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow.
· Ensure reports are accurate, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights for business users.
· Provide production support for data analytics and reporting systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and system errors promptly.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and other analysts, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
· Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards.
· Should be available to work in any shift (24/7)
· Ensure all data activities comply with relevant banking regulations and data governance policies.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or Equivalent
· Experience:
o 1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and data reporting.
o Having BFSI knowledge would be an added advantage
· Technical Skills:
o Proficient in SQL queries and data modelling.
o Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration techniques and query optimization.
o Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
· Good to have Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
