About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support global analytics product and service initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts to ensure successful change implementation across the organization.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to support structured change management strategies

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and content to support organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Create, coordinate, and deliver training materials and programs for analytics products and services.
• Support the development and execution of engagement initiatives to promote adoption and foster a positive change culture.
• Conduct impact assessments and end-user analysis to identify potential resistance areas and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and adoption tracking activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related roles.
• Basic understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience supporting communication and training initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Exposure to analytics products or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.
