This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru at Ikshana Remedial Solutions. The Occupational Therapist will provide therapeutic services to improve physical, emotional, and social well-being. Primary responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing personalized therapy programs, and implementing rehabilitation plans. The role will involve close collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, particularly with a focus on pediatrics. Additionally, the therapist will support clients in developing essential life skills and achieving greater independence in daily activities.

• Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Understanding of Medicine as it pertains to therapeutic techniques and patient health
• Proficient communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and care teams
• Specialized experience in working with Pediatrics is preferred
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree is required
• Demonstrated empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
