Occupational Therapist

LOCATION:

• JASOLA, NEW DELHI BRANCH

EXPERIENCE: Atleast 01 year in pediatric setup. (Occupational Therapists or Pediatric Physiotherapists)

SALARY: Better than industry standards.

The applicant must have experience in working with pediatric cases like neuro-developmental delay, ASD, ADHD, GDD, CP, Down syndrome, and sensory processing disorders.

Identifying new tools to provide better productivity in terms of childs progress, OT assessments, lesson planning, and parent guidance.

Identifying and providing feedback through 1:1s or group sessions, effective use of personal development plans, and provision of coaching & development opportunities.

Identification of any potential risk issues with progress

Providing case details and progress reports on a timely basis.

Work effectively with all peers and the management.

Continually develop improvements and embed successful changes in tasks assigned or suggested by the company.

Providing maximum utility of the hours i.e. 50 sessions weekly.

Providing maximum conversions and long-term commitment of clients through the best quality and consistency in work.

Involvement in activities apart from therapy sessions for the expansion of the company.
