Role Description

The Occupational Therapist will contribute to improving the well-being of clients by assessing their needs and creating personalized therapy plans to aid rehabilitation and daily living skills. Core responsibilities include working with individuals to overcome challenges, implementing effective therapy techniques, and working closely with medical and mental health professionals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, allowing for a mix of on-site presence and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and the ability to design effective rehabilitation programs.
• Knowledge of Medicine and its application within a mental health and rehabilitation framework.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, families, and team members professionally and empathetically.
• Experience with Pediatrics, including providing child-specific therapies and approaches to improve development and functionality.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to address individual needs effectively.
• Experience working in mental health or similar settings is an advantage.
