Roles and Responsibilities Occupational Health & Wellness Coordinator

Location: Corporate Office, MSN Laboratories

Department: Occupational Health, Medical & Wellness

Reporting To : Chief Medical Officer.



Position Summary :

The Medical Administrator plays a dual role managing the Corporate Medical Centre

and providing medical services to employees, while also coordinating Occupational

Health Centres (OHCs) across all MSN units. This role is integral to promoting employee

health, driving digital wellness initiatives through the vCare platform, ensuring compliance,

and maintaining robust medical data management under the guidance of the Chief Medical

Officer (CMO).


Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Medical Centre & Employee Health: Oversee and maintain the Corporate

Medical Centre, providing primary medical care, first aid, and health counselling.

Manage medical records, medicine availability, and follow-ups.

OHC Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate and monitor Occupational Health Centre

(OHC) operations across all locations, ensuring statutory compliance and follow-up

care for employee referrals.

vCare Digital Wellness Platform: Manage MSN's vCare platform, coordinating

enhancements, planning wellness activities, and ensuring timely health interventions.

Analyse wellness data and share insights.

Wellness & Health Promotion: Plan and execute wellness programs, health awareness

campaigns, and workshops. Distribute health content and track employee

participation..

Central Procurement & MIS: Manage centralized procurement of medicines and first aid

materials, coordinating with the pharmacy for cost-effective solutions. Prepare and

submit Medical MIS reports.

Documentation & Audit Support: Maintain medical documentation for audit readiness

and support internal/external audits with accurate data and compliance reports.


Qualification & Experience:

  1. Qualification: MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management; B.Sc. Nursing preferred.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years in industrial/occupational health settings preferred.
