Looking for a Demand Analyst proficient in o9 Demand Planning with experience in analyzing data, identifying demand drivers, and ensuring the accuracy of demand forecasts. Below is an overview of their role and activities during the demand cycle:

Responsibilities include

Data Analysis: Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other demand signals.

Driver Identification: Identifying and managing demand drivers that influence forecasts.

Tool Utilization: Using o9 tools to refine and validate demand forecasts.

Collaboration: Supporting Demand Planners and cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting data or tool-related issues in collaboration with administrators or software implementers.

Key Skills

Strong mathematical and statistical background and skills.

Understanding of forecasting models and methodology.

Good understanding of AI/ML models, experience in data science.

Desirable proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent (preferably Python).

Ability to understand meaningful internal or external drivers and their impact on demand forecasting.

O9 demand planning knowledge.
