Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in o9 Integrated Business Planning Demand Planning and Supply Chain Analytics. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts requiring strong English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize business processes.
- Oversee the integration of o9 Integrated Business Planning and Demand Planning modules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in o9 Supply Chain Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts and PL/SQL queries to support various supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of o9 solutions with existing systems.
- Utilize Generative AI to innovate and improve supply chain processes and outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of o9 MEIO to ensure optimal performance.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices for o9 platform usage and maintenance.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in o9 technologies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with clients in the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry to tailor solutions to their specific needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in o9 technologies. Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning and related modules.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python and PL/SQL for developing and maintaining scripts.
- Have experience in Generative AI applications within supply chain contexts.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Show familiarity with the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry domains.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
