Job Description
Job Title: O365 Administrator
Job Location: Delhi
Experience: 4 to 12 yrs
1) Experience & hands on o365 messaging tools &experience to work in hybrid complex infrastructure. Sharepoint Admin
2) Good understanding of support technologies like On-premise Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016.
3) Understanding internal, external mail flow & troubleshooting Mail routing issues.
4) Experience with Messaging and directory Services technologies, including LDAP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, internet domain records, Group policy management.
5) Good understanding of collaboration tools skype & MS teams.
6) Manage the teams services, policies , meetings ,events.
7) Handle auto discover and active Sync issues.
8) Monitor maintain, troubleshoot and provide L3- level support for Email infrastructure.
9) Support knowledge management initiative and assist problem manager with creation of SOPs/KBs.
10) Ability to understand complex issues and solve problems independently
11) Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems
