Role-Exchange / Office 365 Administrator

Required Technical Skill Set-Exchange Server 2019 or above

Exchange Online (Office 365), Google workspace

Desired Experience Range- 3 – 8 Years

Location of Requirement Mumbai and Chennai

Must-Have**

Domain / Technologies: Exchange Server 2016 & above , Office 365

Product Expertise: MS Exchange Server, Outlook, Thunderbird, Exchange Online

Technical skills required: Managing Exchange Environment, Knowledge on Windows Servers, Basic Networking, Different Mail Clients Connectivity, Mail Routing and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills: Should have expertise in Exchange & Exchange Online

Good-to-Have 1. Good understanding in Active Directory & Network

2. PowerShell Scripting

3. IBM Domino Messaging

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Monitoring and maintaining Exchange environment with regular reports on servers health status, databases health status, mail queue monitoring and other mandatory parameters

2 Managing and Configuring Exchange Recipient Objects, Exchange Mail Routing, Remote Domains, Accepted Domains, Native Journaling in both On-premise and Exchange Online (with AD Connect Sync)

3 Addressing Exchange server related issues by analyzing different set of protocol logs

4 Providing support in addressing end user issues related to Owa, Thunderbird(IMAP), ActiveSync and Outlook clients

5 Performing and Managing Office 365 Migration
