Job Skill: O365 Admin
Exp: 4 to 12 years.
Location: NCR / Delhi.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- Experience & hands on o365 messaging tools &experience to work in hybrid complex infrastructure. Sharepoint Admin
- Good understanding of support technologies like On-premise Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016.
- Understanding internal, external mail flow & troubleshooting Mail routing issues.
- Experience with Messaging and directory Services technologies, including LDAP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, internet domain records, Group policy management.
- Good understanding of collaboration tools skype & MS teams.
- Manage the teams services, policies , meetings ,events.
- Handle auto discover and active Sync issues.
- Monitor maintain, troubleshoot and provide L3- level support for Email infrastructure.
- Support knowledge management initiative and assist problem manager with creation of SOPs/KBs.
- Ability to understand complex issues and solve problems independently
- Ability to work under pressure while providing high qualitative results and ability to solve problems
