Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an NX CAD & CAM/AutoCAD Engineer based in Hubli-Dharwad. The proposed requirement is for a candidate with 12 years of experience and a minimum qualification of BE (Mechanical / Production or related discipline). The role will support CAD design, CAM programming, AutoCAD drafting, and manufacturing-related activities to meet ongoing and upcoming project requirements. The role involves designing and creating technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring adherence to CAD standards, and executing tasks in computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM). The engineer will support production teams with precise drawings and models, optimize designs for manufacturing, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet project requirements effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD Standards and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing interpretation
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka
• Prior experience in the sliding bearing or manufacturing industry is an advantage
