Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned clients and ensure success of personalized wellness programs
Create customized food and wellness plans in consultation with senior team
Conduct discovery and review calls to assess health history, goals, and progress
Coach clients on holistic health and lifestyle practices
Maintain regular client communication via calls and chat
Ensure timely follow-ups, food plan delivery, and query resolution
Handle program coordination, renewals, and client support
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and CRM updates
Collect client feedback and testimonials

Qualifications:

M.Sc in Nutrition / Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition / Food Science with 2+ year experience
BSc + PG Diploma in Applied Nutrition & Dietetics with 3+ years experience
