Job Description
To design, implement, and lead a structured, data-driven School Nutrition & Wellness Programme that enhances students physical growth, cognitive performance, and overall well-being. The role is strategic in nature and responsible for establishing a scalable and measurable nutrition model aligned with institutional standards.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement an age-wise structured nutrition curriculum aligned with CBSE health and life-skills education modules.
Conduct biannual growth assessments including BMI tracking and nutritional risk identification; maintain digital health dashboards.
Develop personalized nutrition plans for at-risk students and monitor progress with measurable health outcomes.
Provide structured parent consultations and guidance on healthy eating practices at home.
Collaborate with cafeteria and food service teams to engineer balanced, appealing, and compliant meal plans.
Oversee cafeteria hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
Develop and deliver workshops for students, staff, and parents to improve nutrition literacy.
Integrate nutrition strategies with cognitive performance goals and academic enhancement programmes.
Collect, analyze, and present programme data to school leadership with quarterly performance reports.
Research emerging nutrition trends and implement evidence-based best practices.
Support development of proprietary nutrition modules, educational materials, and wellness initiatives under the schools NutriLearn ecosystem.

Improvement in student participation in healthy meal programmes.
Parent engagement rate in nutrition consultations and workshops.
Compliance score for cafeteria hygiene and food safety audits.
Measured improvement in student health awareness indicators.
4. Qualifications & ExperienceMasters / Bachelors Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Clinical Nutrition.
Minimum 35 years of experience in school, hospital, or institutional nutrition management.
Strong knowledge of pediatric nutrition and growth monitoring.
Experience in programme design and data analysis preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
