What we are looking for

Role: Nutanix SME (Build& Migrate)

Location: Pan India

Experience Range: 8 to 15 years

Must Have:

Technical Skills

• Strong handson experience with Nutanix AOS and Prism.
• Experience administering Nutanix AHV (preferred).
• Solid understanding of HCI concepts, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux workloads.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, storage, and networking layers.
• Familiarity with backup and DR solutions integrated with Nutanix.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

• Nutanix Calm
• Nutanix Leap
• REST APIs / Automation tools
• Backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik)
• Monitoring tools (Nutanix native monitoring, thirdparty tools)
• VMware experience (for migration or coexistence environments)

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Nutanix Certifications preferred:
• NCP (Nutanix Certified Professional)
• NCM (Nutanix Certified Master for senior roles)
• ITIL certification is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to operate in highavailability, regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have:

Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid cloud and multicloud integration.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containers, or Nutanix Karbon.
• BFSI, healthcare, or large regulated enterprise experience.
• Migration experience from traditional SAN or VMware environments to Nutanix.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
