Nursing Supervisor
Eligibility (per NMC Norms):
- M.Sc. Nursing / Post-B.Sc. Nursing with 60% marks; Karnataka Nursing Council registration.
- 3 years supervisory experience in clinical settings.
Experience: 5+ years in nursing, including 2 years in leadership.
Key Duties: Supervise nursing staff (shift rosters, training), ensure NMC patient safety protocols, conduct quality audits, mentor juniors, handle grievances & compliance reporting.
