Responsibilities

- Staff Management: Recruits, trains, schedules, supports, and manages nursing staff, handling performance issues and professional development.
- Administration: Manages budgets, resources, and departmental operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Leadership: Provides guidance, maintains discipline, handles complaints, and promotes a positive work environment.
- Coordination: Works closely with doctors, the Chief Nursing Officer, Medical Superintendent, and other departments.
- Training & Education: Organizes and conducts training, continuing education, and research activities for nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's (BSc) or Master's (MSc) in Nursing, with significant clinical and leadership experience.
Required Skills
