Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new NRI clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Cross-sell banking and investment products (liabilities, assets, forex, insurance, mutual funds).
  • Ensure accurate documentation, KYC, and RBI compliance for NRI accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Address customer queries promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (Finance/Commerce preferred).
  • 26 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or retail liabilities.
  • Certifications like NISM, AMFI, IRDA preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of NRI products and regulatory requirements.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
