Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an NPD (New Product Development) Manager located in West Delhi. The NPD Manager will oversee end-to-end product development processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product launches, and work on enhancing existing product lines. Responsibilities include managing R&D initiatives, ensuring product compliance with industry standards, leading project management tasks, and maintaining timelines. Additionally, the NPD Manager will liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with market trends and client requirements.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Research and Development (R&D) and in leading innovation projects.
  • Background in Food Technology or Food Science with expertise in material properties, formulations, and industry-specific applications.
  • Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in the Food Industry with an understanding of its manufacturing processes, compliance standards, and emerging trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a results-driven mindset.
