NPCI Product Operations

Responsibility of handling the reconciliation, settlement for the NETC ISSUER / ACQUIRER NPCI product,  processing of transactions, interchange calculation, chargeback processing, accounting entries, network invoice processing, Network reporting, RBI & NPCI reporting.

·       Knowledge of NETC ISSUER / ACQUIRER Product . (Issuing & acquiring)

·       Reconciliation of settlement, CBS debits & Chargeback Credits

·       Identifying reversals, refunds & recoveries via reconciliation process

·       Processing of actionable transaction in CBS

·       Maintaining settlement accounts (Funding & Provisions)

·       Calculating & Booking Interchange income

·       Processing Network weekly/Monthly invoices & maintaining MIS

·       RBI & Network Reporting

·       Accounting entries (Provision & Actual)

·       Handling complaints and resolving the same.
