Job Family Definition:
As Nordic Cluster IB Account Specialist (IBAS) / Channel you have the following
The primary responsibility of the Nordic Cluster IB Account Specialist (IBAS) / Channel is to ensure effective and efficient OS contract management of channel IB accounts. With primary focus on all renewal planning activities, the IBAS enables best-in-class contract management and supports the OS IB Channel Specialists in retaining and growing channel accounts
You do not do this in isolation, but rather you work with Nordic Cluster OS Channel Specialists, and SCS Resellers / Distributors.
What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on contract renewal management, including renewal, conversion and identification of opportunities to add new services to the existing contract.
- Create leads for complex non-attach deals
- Maintain a strong partnership with OS IB Channel Specialist to renew key contracts.
- Strong partner relationship, point of contact to manage the partner operational requirements, build confidence and make it easier for them to do business with HPE
- Engages the AOLs (Account Operations Lead) in Global Operations for fulfilment of all operational tasks
- Proactively utilizes HPE tools, processes and guidelines
- Live the HPE Values
- Take care of personal development to stay relevant in a changing HPE environment

- SCS Partner Metrics
- OS Channel Specialist satisfaction
Working relationships:
Internal:
- Nordic Cluster CSLV Manager
- Nordic Cluster OS Channel team
- Nordic Cluster AOMs
- Sweden IBAS / Channel
External:
- SCS R / SCS-D Partners within Nordic Cluster
Other requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Detail oriented with a structured work approach and an orientation towards solutions
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft standard applications and HPE specific tools
- Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

- Stakeholder oriented, courteous, assertive, and motivated
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Positive attitude towards team members, internal and external stakeholders

What you need to bring:
Education (degree) and professional experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent experience
