Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with experience in HR hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment for HR/Corporate roles, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for HR and corporate positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
  • Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.


Required Knowledge:


  • 3-7 years of proven experience in HR hiring/recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple requirements.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
