Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with 24 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, exposure to consultancy hiring, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, FMCG, Logistics, Infrastructure, Pharma, BFSI, etc.
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking .
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures .
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups .
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and database updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment , preferably from a staffing/consultancy background .
• Experience hiring for roles in Manufacturing, Industrial, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or HR .
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment life cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Monster , and LinkedIn sourcing.
