Job Description

We are hiring a focused and disciplined US OPT/CPT Recruiter to support non-IT staffing for the US market. This role requires hands-on experience working with OPT and CPT consultants and placing them in functional and operations-driven roles , not IT. The right candidate understands visa constraints, timelines, and compliance, and can consistently align candidates with genuine client requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruited OPT and CPT consultants for non-IT roles including Healthcare Support, Medical, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional domains.
  • Sourced candidates through job portals, university networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screened candidates for role fit, visa validity, location flexibility, and compliance readiness.
  • Coordinated with candidates on documentation, start dates, and onboarding requirements.
  • Marketed available candidates to vendors, employers, and implementation partners.
  • Maintained accurate tracking of candidate status, submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Ensured timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to move requirements to closure.
  • Maintained proper documentation and reporting with strong attention to detail.


Requirements

  • 12.5 years of experience in US OPT/CPT recruitment , specifically for non-IT roles .
  • Clear understanding of OPT, CPT timelines, extensions, and employment constraints.
  • Experience recruiting for Healthcare Support, Medical, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar functional roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain roles, compliance, and expectations clearly.
  • Comfortable working night shifts and managing multiple candidates simultaneously.
  • Disciplined follow-through, documentation accuracy, and consistency in execution.
  • Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
