Non-IT / Healthcare Recruiter - Onsite - Night shift

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Non-IT / Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in US Healthcare or Non-IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting US clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT / Healthcare positions.
• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screening and interview coordination.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within given timelines.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding process.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare or Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US staffing processes.
• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shift (US time zone).
• Good experience in Boolean search and candidate sourcing.
