Location -Ahmedabad

salary - around 50 K PM

Experience - 2 Yrs to 15 Yrs

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition in the Renewable Energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche roles in renewable energy (solar, wind, green finance, etc.).
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Ensure timely closures with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2 Yrs+
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and competitor benchmarking.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with immediate joining availability.
