NexBase is expanding its recruitment team and looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with strong US recruitment experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoy building high-quality talent pipelines for US clients, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles (non-IT).
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and present candidates to US clients.
• Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on US market trends, hiring practices, and salary benchmarks.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of overall recruitment experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on US recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of US employment practices (construction industry exposure is a plus).
• Experience using ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
