Job Description

We are looking for a Founding DENTIST Sales Associate who is tired of corporate red tape and wants to hunt, close, and build a territory from scratch in Delhi NCR.

The Reality Check: We don't need "relationship builders" who drink tea with doctors for 3 months. We need Closers. We have a product that works, a list of leads who want it, and a gap in our team for someone who can get the signature.

Who You Are:

  • The Wolf of Karkardooma: You know the Delhi/NCR geography like the back of your hand. You know where the high-volume clinics are in Noida, Pitampura, and South Delhi.
  • Tech-Fluent: You can demo an AI X-Ray tool on an iPad while standing in a busy reception area without breaking a sweat.
  • Thick Skinned: You hear "I'll think about it" and translate it to "I haven't shown you enough value yet." You don't leave without a "Yes" or a clear "No."
  • A "Lazy" Optimizer: Like our founder, you hate inefficient work. You use tools (CRM, WhatsApp automation) to speed up your sales cycle.

What Youll Do (The Mission):

  • Field Domination: Conduct 4-5 targeted clinic visits daily. Not to "say hi," but to start a Live Trial.
  • The "Switch" Pitch: Convince doctors using legacy software (Bestosys, Ekacare) to migrate to EpikDoc using our 1-Click Import tool.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Manage your own funnel. If a lead is stalling, you kill it or close it. You don't let it rot for 60 days.
  • Feedback Loop: You are the eyes and ears on the ground. You will tell the Product Team exactly why a doctor didn't buy, so we can fix it overnight.

Requirements:

  • Must have: Your own vehicle (Bike/Scooter) and a laptop/tablet.
  • Bonus: Existing network of Dentists in Delhi NCR.
  • Language: Fluent in English & Hindi (Desi persuasive skills are a must).
