Node.js Backend / Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Backend or Full Stack Developer with 23 years of hands-on experience who can handle projects independently from requirement gathering to deployment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of application architecture , database design, and be comfortable interacting directly with clients to understand and refine project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js
• Work with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL for database design, optimization, and maintenance
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects
• Participate in client discussions to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with frontend developers (for full stack role)
• Handle deployment, debugging, and production support
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills

• 23 years of experience in Node.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and system design
• Experience building REST APIs
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills for client interaction
