Role Overview

Were seeking an experienced Backend Developer (Node.js) with strong BFSI domain exposure to lead secure API integrations across banking, lending, credit, insurance, and investment partners.
This role is core to powering our multi-agent AI financial modules (Credit Score Booster, SIP Coach, Fraud Shield, etc.) and ensuring compliance-ready, scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Node.js / Express.js
.Integrate with banking, NBFC, insurance, credit bureau, and payment APIs (e.g., CRIF, CIBIL, DigiLocker, UPI)
.Build secure, scalable RESTful & GraphQL APIs for Fin 100X.AI mobile + web apps
.Ensure data protection, compliance, and fraud-resistant flows (CERT-IN, RBI, SEBI standards)
.Collaborate with Frontend, LLM/AI, and Product teams to deliver seamless user journeys
.Optimize performance, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
.Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.

Must-Have Skills

35+ years backend development experience in Node.js / Express.js
.Strong BFSI domain knowledge: banking, lending, insurance, credit scoring APIs
.Experience with API aggregation, microservices, and secure integrations
.Hands-on with PostgreSQL, Firebase, Redis, and Docker
.Knowledge of OAuth2.0, JWT, PKI, encryption, and fraud-resistant flows
.Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and serverless architecture.

Good-to-Have

Experience in fintech / BFSI Api integration & startups ecosystem
. Knowlege of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI orchestration, or RAG pipelines
.Exposure to regulatory compliance (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA).
