Telecom domain knowledge
Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Understanding of Agile - SCRUM methodologies.
SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
- Develop code that is consistently well documented and maintainable.
- Perform all aspects of the software development such as requirements and specifications, design and development, coding and debugging.
- Build reusable code for future use.
- Accurately assessing critical factors for success and mitigate risk on deliverables.
- Participate in internal/cross team meetings, estimating, scoping, decision making and technical documentation reviews.
- Need to have experience in task estimation along with risk identification
- Knowledge of industry standard software best practices, development lifecycle processes and Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Good Team Player and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
