5+ Experience of Heading NOC operation for a Global telco b. Exposure to International Telecom processes and managing USA customers c. Ability to manage a 24X7 operations in a very stringent and zero error target d. Would be managing client escalations and working closely with USA customers mostly in IST evening time e. Working with internal stakeholders like Admin/HR/IT/ Recruitment teams to ensure NOC operations work smoothly with adequate infra and manpower f. Good Understanding of Telecom network & services, in consumer, enterprise and wholesale segments for wireline networks including Layer-1,2 &3 networks. g. Strong understanding of wire line network, optical fiber/copper network including SDH, DWDM, IP networks, Active devices and Passive devices h. Strong understanding of IP/Ethernet & Transport network technologies, preferably Ciena, Cisco, Juniper, etc, i. Good knowledge of IP & Transport network tools used in Network operation. j. Experience in Implementation of IP/Ethernet & Transport network Operation activity, remote activity, migration, upgradation, roll out, and optimization. k. Excellent understanding of Wireline operation Level-1, Level-2 and Level-3 operation activity, automation, and solution building l. Excellent understanding and experience with IP/Ethernet & Transport network Assurance operation (EMS/NMS, Assurance tools, Configuration tools, performance management tool, inventory management etc.) m. Knowledge of automation scope/modules in wireline Operation and Manage service Operation. n. Strong background of operation improvement, customer SLA, KPI improvement, MTTR improvement initiatives and automation. o. Excellent communications skills in verbal, written and presentation forms p. Highly proficient listener & consultative sales style with the ability to shape customer thinking q. Strong Team & Customer Management Skills
