Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network infrastructure 24/7 using enterprise monitoring tools

Respond to network alerts and incidents within defined SLA timeframes

Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of network issues

Execute routine network configuration changes following change management procedures

Document incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in ticketing systems

Escalate complex issues to Senior Network Engineers when required

Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams

Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and emergency response

Generate regular reports on network performance and incident metrics Required Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related discipline)

2+ years of experience in network operations, support, or NOC environments

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, and switching concepts

Basic experience with Cisco CLI and network device configuration

Familiarity with firewall platforms and network security concepts

Exposure to hybrid cloud networking (e.g., Azure VNets, AWS VPCs) and cloud interconnectivity

Experience with monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, Datadog)

Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change management processes

Strong problem-solving and incident triage skills under pressure

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English

NOC Analyst
