NLP Engineer

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in NLP, Speech AI, and Generative AI to develop and deploy multilingual AI models for translation, speech processing, and LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI/ML models for translation, transliteration, Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and LLM-based systems.
• Build multilingual AI models supporting Indian languages.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and embedding-based retrieval systems.
• Optimize models for production using quantization, pruning, and faster inference frameworks.
• Build scalable audio transcription, translation, and video subtitle processing systems.
• Deploy and manage AI services on AWS/GCP GPU infrastructure.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain AI systems in production.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, Speech AI, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLMs, Transformer architectures, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone) and inference frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, FastAPI, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of multilingual NLP or Indian language AI systems is a plus.
